摘　　要：目的:对不同厂家生产的盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊质量进行评价。方法:对4个厂家的盐酸左氧沙星胶囊产品的主要检测项目:有关物质、溶出度、异构体及含量等进行测定。结果:所有被测产品各项指标均符合国家标准要求,但不同厂家产品在各指标之间存在差异。结论:该测定数据可为评价盐酸左氧沙星胶囊质量提供依据。Objective：To compare the quality of levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules from different manufactories.Methods：The determination of levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules from 4 different manufacturers was performed from several aspects： the related substance,the dissolution,the isomer content and the content of levofloxacin was determined.Results：The determined indexes of all levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules products manufactured by 4 different manufacturers were all in line with the relevant specification,with all of the indexes showing no difference.Conclusion：The results will provide the reference for clinical drug use.
