摘　　要：本文阐释了中国高校创业型人才培养的现状、困境及原因，提出应改革中国高等教育人才培养模式和人才培养理念，以适应市场经济和知识经济的时代需要，缓解大学生的就业艰困。This article explains the status quo of Chinese colleges and universities entrepreneurial talent cultivation, the plight and the reasons for the proposed reform of China＇s higher education talent training model and talent training philosophy to adapt to the market economy and the needs of the knowledge economy era, and to ease the difficult employment of college students.
