摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌患者行经会阴穿刺冷冻治疗术(ultrasound guided transperineal puncture cryotherapy,TRUSCSA)的护理方法,以期为提高护理质量提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2010年5月至2012年3月在第二军医大学长海医院行TRUSCSA治疗的10例前列腺癌(prostate cancer,Pca)患者的临床资料,并总结其护理方法。结果 10例Pca患者中有6例患者术后出现3～10d短暂尿失禁;1例患者出现尿道坏死组织;2例患者拔除导尿管后,排尿时自行间断排出坏死组织;1例患者出现急性尿潴留;1例患者出现会阴部不适及阴囊水肿,经观察及对症治疗后均好转。所有患者术后6个月前列腺穿刺活检,结果均为阴性。结论护理人员通过对超声引导下TRUSCSA理论知识的熟练掌握及运用,为患者制定系统的、有针对性的、持续性的护理计划,可促进患者早日康复。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing points of prostate cancer （Pca） patients with ultrasound guided transperineal puncture cryotherapy（TRUSCSA） with a view to providing the reference to improve the quality of nursing. Methods From May 2010 to March 2012,the clinical data of 10 prostate cancer patients undergoing TRUSCSA using ENDOCARE surgery system in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The corresponding nursing points were also summarized accordingly. Results Of the 10 Pca patients,transient urinary incontinence （3-10 d） was observed in 6, urethral necrotic tissue in 1, intermittent necrotic tissue during urination after removal of the catheter in 2,acute urinary retention in 1 and perineal discomfort and scrotal edema in 1. All the complications were improved after observation and symptomatic treatment. The outcomes of prostate needle biopsy were all negative in the 6 patients 6 months after TRUSCSA. Conclusion Grasping the theoretical knowledge of TRUSCSA and developing systematic, targeted, ongoing care plan may promote the speedy recovery of patients.
