关于独立学院教学质量保障力量的一点思考——基于“教师资源共享”背景下的探讨

摘　　要：作为市场经济大众化产物的独立学院,是我国教育办学模式的一种创新,满足了教育大众化的要求。但作为新生事物,独立学院在其发展过程中不可避免地存在一些问题,本文针对独立学院存在的教师资源总量不足、结合失衡等问题,探讨通过建立"教师资源共享机制"来建立一支与独立学院人才培养和发展相适应的高素质师资队伍,以提高教学质量,促进独立学院健康持续发展。Independent colleges as product of popular market economy, is an innovative model of China＇s education school, meet the requirements of the popularization of education. As a new thing, the Independent Institute in its development process inevitably there are some problems, the total lack of teacher resources exist for independent colleges, combined with imbalances and other issues discussed by establishing teacher resource sharing mechanism to establish a personnel training and development of independent colleges adapt to high-quality teachers to improve the teaching quality, promote the healthy and sustainable development of independent colleges.
