摘　　要：随着我国高校招生规模的扩大,越来越多的学生开始接受高等教育。然而,由于我国地区间经济发展的不平衡,很多来自贫困地区的学生入学后面临着严峻的经济困难。学生是建设祖国与社会的主体,帮助困难学生,也是对国家的未来负责。高校辅导员作为开展帮困助学工作的主体,需要切实了解帮困助学工作中存在的问题,并提出合理的解决措施,才能使帮困助学工作顺利开展。Along with the enlargement of college enrollment, more and more students to accept higher education. However, due to China＇s regional economic development imbalance, many students from poor areas entrance behind a severe economic difficulties. The student is the construction of the motherland and the main body of the society, to help students in difficulty, but also on the national future. College counselors as in helping students in the main body of work, we need to understand the hardship assistance work of the existing problems, and puts forward the reasonable measures, to help and aid work carried out smoothly
