优质两系杂交油菜“赣两优5号”的选育

摘　　要："赣两优5号"是用"66S"与"03C-9"杂交选育而成的双低优质油菜组合,其种子芥酸含量为0.51%,硫甙含量为26.2μmol/g,含油量达42.5%。在2009～2011年度江西省油菜区域试验中,赣两优5号的平均产量为2090.85 kg/hm2,比对照中油杂2号增产8.43%。介绍了赣两优5号的主要特征特性、栽培技术及制种要点。Ganliangyou No. 5 is a high - quality two - line hybrid rape combination, which is bred by crossing between ecotyp- ic two-line male sterile rapeseed line ＂66S＂ and restoring line ＂03C -9＂. This variety contains 42.5% of oil in seeds with 0. 51% of erucic acid and 26.2 μmol/g of glucosinolate content. The average yield of Gauliangyou No. 5 in the rape regional tests of Jiangxi during 2009 -2011 is 2090.85 kg/hm2, which is 8.43% higher than the yield of control variety Zhongyouza No. 2. Fi- naUy, the author introduces the main characteristics, cultivation techniques and seed production points of Ganliangyou No. 5.
