摘　　要：介绍了免疫增强剂的分类、真菌多糖结构及功能的关系,阐述了真菌多糖在抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗病毒、抗炎症等方面的生物作用,并展望了真菌多糖免疫增强剂的发展方向。This paper introduced the classification of immunoenhancers, the relationship between structure and function of fun- gal polysaccharides, and elaborated the biological functions of fungal polysaccharides in antitumor activity, immune regulation, anti- viral activity, anti - inflammation and so on. The developmental direction of fungal polysaccharide immunoenhancers was prospected.
