角果毛茛中不同营养成分空间分布研究

摘　　要：为了解角果毛茛不同部位的营养成分含量,以新疆伊犁霍城县境内角果毛茛为研究对象,分析测定了角果毛茛茎、叶、花、果中的营养成分.结果表明:角果毛茛花中蛋白质和可溶性糖含量较不同生长期其他部位高,未开花期叶中水分含量最高,开花期的茎、叶、花和鲜果中粗纤维含量较高(17.6%、15.6%、16.1%、18.7%),开花期茎中灰分含量高于其他部位,角果毛茛维生素C含量相对较少(<0.26mg/100g).The nutrition composition of stems, leaves, flowers, and fruits of Ceratocephalus orthoceras which grow in Yili Huocheng County were determined to study nutrition composition contents of different parts of Ceratocephalus orthocer. The results showed that flowers have the highest amounts of soluble proteins and sugars than those stems, leaves and fruits, the highest contents of water were observed in leafs before florescence. Coarse fiber contents of stems, leafs, flowers in florescence and fruits is 17.6%, 15.6%, 16.1%, 18.7%, respectively, the stems of ash is the highest than other organs in florescence, the total vitamin C of Ceratocephalus orthoceras is fewer （〈0.26mg/100g） .
