摘　　要：简述了数据元的概念并进行实例说明,阐述了研究中医信息数据元标准的重要性,以中医问诊中的问汗为例,探讨如何构建中医诊疗信息数据元,提出了中医问汗信息数据元目录及相应的值域代码表,为构建中医信息数据元标准提供一个示范案例。In this essay, the concept of data element was illustrated with examples. The im- portance of studying data element standards of TCM information was expounded. Inquiry about sweating was taken for example to show how to construct data elements of TCM information and its data element dictionary and value domain code tables were set up. This is a demonstration of constructing data element standards of TCM information.
