摘　　要：目的:研制一套海岛部队远程医学教育系统,可对海岛部队医务人员进行继续医学教育,对官兵进行疾病预防及健康知识宣教。方法:运用军综网搭建网络通信平台,用ASP技术设计教育网站,用Oracle数据库和PB技术将提取到的医院信息系统的病历及医学知识数据发布到网站,供部队医务人员和官兵进行在线学习和下载。利用V2 Conference视频会议软件实现面对面的视频教学。结果:应用该系统后,视频流畅、语音清晰、可按计划实施教学。结论:该系统在目前网络带宽情况下,海岛部队只要有计算机、音响、摄像头等设备就可满足远程医学教育的需要。Objective To develop a remote medical education system for island troops to perform continuous education of the staff and healthcare knowledge popularization of the soldier. Methods Military comprehensive network was used to establish the network communication platform, ASP technology was to design the education website, and Oracle database and PB technology were to publish the data on medical records and knowledge from HIS for online studying and downloading of the staff and soldier. V2 Conference was employed to realize face-to-face video teaching. Results The system with satisfactory acoustic and visual effects could meet the teaching requirements. Conclusion The system, with the existing bandwidth and the computer, speaker and video camera, can be used for the remote medical education of the island troops.
