摘　　要：提出了一种基于MC9S08DZ60微控制器作为下位机的DC 600V电力连接线自动检测台,配合Labview上位机程序,能够实现对线序、线间、线与外壳的绝缘电阻、吸收比及极化指数进行自动测量和记录,同时记录检测环境的温度、湿度信息,用以修正测试结果。该检测试验台对机车检修提供了一种方便的测试手段。This paper puts forward a new automatic testing platform for the DC 600V power cable, which works with MC9S08DZ60 microcontroller as the slave computer. Combined with Labview programs, it can measure and record insulation resistance automatically, absorption ratio and polarization index among linear orders, line to line and line ~ shell, at the same time it records and detects temperature and humidity, which are used to modify the testing results. The Automatic Testing Platform provides an easy testing means of locomotive.
