摘　　要：分析了高等学校实验室管理机构设置的变化、职责的确定和职能的发挥,以及机构设置对学校的学科建设、教学科研所起的重要作用。从实验室管理机构的变化可以看到,在研究型大学,设立独立的实验室主管部门是十分必要的,提出处理好管理与服务、校机关与院系、职能部(处)之间的关系,实现归口管理与多部门协同协调,为实验室提供可靠保障。University laboratory management organization is a special part of higher education management, and it even becomes a sign of the level of universities essence and aspect. The setting and responsibilities and func- tions of laboratory management organization play important roles in the school discipline construction, teach- ing, and scientific research. The changes of laboratory management organization show that laboratory manage- ment organization needs to constantly explore. This is very necessary in the independent departments of the research-oriented university, in order to clear the division of responsibilities, handle various relations, achieve harmony between centralized management and other departments, to provide a reliable guarantee for laboratory.
