摘　　要：海峡两岸在政治、经济、社会、教育制度和体制方面存在诸多的差异,体现在社区教育政策的制定与实施上亦存在诸多的差异,为此,对比分析海峡两岸在社区教育发展政策上的差异与区别,求同存异,进而优化支持中国内地社区教育发展的激励政策,丰富海峡两岸社区教育的政策理论与实践内容。Two Sides of the Strait in political, economic, social, education systems and institutions exist in many of the differences in the Community, and the formulation of educational policy and implementation, there are also many differences between the comparison and analysis, and to this end, both sides of the Taiwan Strait in the Community Education Development policy differences, seeking common ground while reserving differences and differences to optimize support mainland community education development incentives on both sides of the strait, the policy community education theory and practice.
