摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对目前开设体育专业的国内44所高职院校人才培养目标、方向以及人才培养模式现状进行分析。研究认为,高职院校体育服务与管理专业人才质量不能满足用人单位的要求,还没有从根本上走出传统本科压缩、三段式的办学模式,必须从根本上转变教育教学观念,改变人才培养模式,走与用人单位深度合作、单位全过程、全方位参与的"嵌入式"人才培养模式道路,并就"嵌入式"人才培养模式的实施方案、主要内容和创新点进行了阐述。With the research methods of literature study, questionaire investigation and interview, the paper analy- ses the talent development goal, orientation and model of 44 vocational institutes in China, which have English ma- jor. The paper points out that the graduates from these schools can not satisfy the employer＇ s needs and the schools should change their education concept and talent development model. The schools should cooperate with the enter- prises in the development of the students and the paper discusses the implementation plan, main content and cre- ative part of the new model.
