摘　　要：知识经济时代 ,无形资产战略发展如何适应知识经济的要求成为无形资产研究中的重要课题 .分析知识经济时代无形资产战略发展所面临的现实问题 ,论述了无形资产战略发展必须更新研究观念 ,运用知识经济时代特有的有利条件和先进手段 ,树立会计系统观念 ,重构管理学科体系 .Intangible assets strategies should get adjusted to the development of knowledge economy.We analyze the problems intangible assets strategies are facing and the development of intangible assets in knowledge economy.The intangible assets strategies require fresh ideas.We should make full use of advanced method in knowledge economy to perfect accounting system,reconstruct management system.In the end,we sum up the 'Basic Four Principls' in intangible assets study.
