摘  要:利用调查问卷的形式,从激励视角出发,探索激励教师这一初衷在安徽普通高校首次实施教师聘任制的过程中是否得以很好的体现及对教师产生了怎样的激励效果。在问卷分析的基础上分析影响高校教师积极性的因素,从教师的切身感受中分析岗位聘任制对激励教师的作用,从而总结出在实施聘任制过程中影响激励效果的因素,并以此为参考提出进一步完善聘任制的建议。Based on the perspective of incentive, whether the original intention of stimulating teachers was well represented and its motivation effects are explored, in the process of teacher appointment system in colleges and universities of Anhui province for the first time. On the basis of the analysis of the questionnaire, positive factors affecting college teachers are analyzed. The motivation effect of teacher appointment system for teachers are analyzed from the personal experience of the teachers; the factors that affect the incentive effects of implementation process are summarized. The suggestions to further improve the appointment system are put forward.
