摘  要:反时限过流保护是工农业生产中安全用电的重要保护环节。基于微机实现的反时限保护装置或系统由于成本和体积的限制,难以推广到单个的电器和小型生产车间。本文提出了一种基于简单电路实现的低成本、小体积的新型反时限过流保护器。该保护器利用电子电路硬件完成反时限定时算法,取代了软件计算、微机控制的复杂系统。它具有小巧廉价、安全可靠、反应速度快、使用方便、便于推广等优点。The inverse-time over-current protection is an important part of using electricity safely in the industrial and agricultural production. The inverse-time over-current protection device or system based on microcomputer is not suitable for a single electrical equipment or small workshop due to the limitations of its cost and size. A new inverse-time over-current protection device of low-cost and small-volume based on simple circuit is proposed in the paper. Its inverse-time algorithm is implemented by the hardware of electronic circuit. The calculation of the software and complex system of microcomputer are replaced by hardware. The protective device has many advantages such as small and cheap, safe and reliable, rapid response and ease to use and promote.
