摘　　要：目的:观察2×4矫治技术矫治替牙期前牙反的临床治疗效果。方法:选择替牙期前牙反的患者10例,应用2×4矫治技术配合上颌垫及Ⅲ类牵引进行矫正。结果:10例替牙期前牙反患者经过5～10个月的治疗,均取得满意的效果。结论:2×4矫治技术是矫正替牙期前牙反的一种有效方法。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of 2 × 4 corrective technique incorrecting the anterior crossbite during the mixed dentition. Methods ：To select 10 eases of anterior crossbite during the mixed dentition. The 2 × 4 corrective technique and biteplate of posterior upper teeth as well as class S elastic force was applied to correct the anterior crossbite of mixed dentition. Results ：Ten cases of anterior crossbite during the mixed dentition were acquired satisfying effect. Conclusion ： 2 × 4 corrective technique is an effective method to correct the anterior crossbite during the mixed dentition.
