摘 要:基于UG和ANSYS软件对某型柴油机燃烧室与2种设计方案即加入限流环、直喷式涡流燃烧室,建立活塞的三维模型并进行温度场的分析。2个设计方案相对原机的表面温度都有较大的提高,其中加入限流环模型的表面温度达到370℃,涡流式燃烧室的表面温度为354℃。它们都有利于提高燃油利用率和燃烧效率,为燃烧室的形状优化提供了依据。This study sets up a 3D model and carries out a numerical simulation of the temperature field of piston of a diesel engine combustion system and two different combustion chambers designs based on UG and ANSYS software. The result show that two kinds models surface temperature improve greatly relative to the original machine. And two different designs include combustor with bump and swirl combustion chamber. The highest temperature of combustor with bump reaches 370 ℃ and the highest temperature of swirl combustion chamber is 354 ℃. Therefore, two different designs improve fuel efficiency and combustion efficiency of diesel engine and provide the basis for the optimization of the combustion chamber shape.
