摘 要:目的探讨定能分级管理模式在病区护士绩效考核中的应用方法其效果。方法依据护理人员能级、护理效率指标得分、护理质量指标得分来建立考核框架,制定绩效奖金考核细则。根据按劳分配、兼顾公平的原则,结合本病区实际情况进行考核分配。结果实施定能分级管理模式后,护理质量不断提升,患者对护理工作的满意率提高,护士对改革后的绩效评价体系满意率提升,与实施定能分级管理模式前相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论定能分级管理模式优化了护理人员结构,提高了护士专科化水平,明确了护士专业与发展的方向;提高了护士的满意率,提升了护理质量和患者满意度,深化了优质护理的内涵。Objective To investigate the hierarchical management model in performance evaluation for ward nurses and evaluate its effectiveness.Methods Based on the nursing staff's level,and the scores of nursing efficiency and nursing quality indicators,an assessment framework was established.The corresponding performance bonuses assessment rules were also developed.The ward evaluation was determined considering the principle of distribution of work and fairness,combined with the actual situation.Results After the application of the hierarchical management mode the quality of care and patient's satisfaction to care work were both significantly improved and the nurse's satisfaction to the reformed evaluation system was significantly elevated.Conclusion The hierarchical management model can optimize the nursing staff's structure,improve the level of nursing specialists,clearly determine the direction of the nursing profession and the distribution system,improve patients' satisfaction and nursing quality,enhance the quality of care,and deepen the connotation of high quality care.
