摘　　要：Livin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的成员之一,其在多种生物中广泛存在,在大多数正常成人组织中不表达或低表达,但在一些恶性肿瘤组织中呈高表达,在调节细胞分裂、细胞周期与信号转导中起重要作用,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,被认为是一些肿瘤不良预后的独立指标,并可能为肿瘤的早期诊断、临床靶向治疗提供新方向。Livin is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein family, which has been confirmed wide- ly expressed in a variety of organisms, no expression or a low expression in most normal adult tissues, but highly expressed in some malignant tumors in many studies. It plays an important role in cell divison, cell cy- cle and signal transduction, and is closely related with the tumor development as well. It is considered to be an independent predictor of poor prognosis of tumors and may provide a new approach to for the early diagno- sis of tumor and clinical targeted therapy.
