摘　　要：生存素基因(survivin)具有抗凋亡和调节细胞有丝分裂双重功能,并且特异性表达于人类胚胎发育组织及大部分人类肿瘤组织中。众多研究发现,survivin在肿瘤细胞中的表达受多种机制调节,与肿瘤的发生、发展、血管形成、转移及治疗抵抗、患者预后判断等关系密切。目前,sur-vivin与肿瘤关系的研究有了很大的进展,有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点之一。Survivin, a bifunctional protein, inhibits cell apoptosis and regulates cell mitosis. It is ex- pressed in the majority of human tumors and fetal tissues but is not expressed in most normal adult tissues. Recent findings demonstrate that survivin is regulated by a variety of mechanisms in cancers, and it is as- sociated with tumorigenesis, progression, angiogenesis and metastasis. Survivin is also involved in cancer therapy resistance and prognosis judgement. The study of survivin in cancer research has made great pro- gress recently,which may prove to be a new therapeutic target in eaneer therapy.
