摘　　要：本文通过对中美家庭教育的差异分析研究,提出了目前中国家庭教育对人才培养的负面影响问题,指出了中国未来在人才培养上要立于不败之地,关键是要向美国学习,家庭教育走素质教育之路。In this paper, through the analysis of differences of family education between China and America, the writer points out the negative influence of Chinese family education on talents, and that fop China＇s future in personnel training to remain invincible, the key point is to learn from American family education, that is, to pursue quality education.
