摘　　要：研究商品市场需求受零售价格影响环境下由单个供应商和单个零售商所组成的二级供应链,针对零售商和供应商的三种不同市场地位的情况,分别分析了回购契约如何使供应链达到协调。结果表明在三种不同情况下回购契约都能使供应链协调。In this paper, a supply chain making up by one supplier and one retailer is considered. Market demanding is influenced by saling price. For three different market positions of the supplier and retailer, it analyses how the buy-back Contracts coordinates the supply chain respectively. The con- clusion indicates the buy-back contracts can coordinate the supply chain in the all three circumstances.
