摘　　要：目的探究半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组化SP法分别检测Galectin-3和MMP-2在67例膀胱尿路上皮癌标本和12例正常膀胱组织中的表达,并用免疫组化染色计数肿瘤血管数量。结合临床病理数据,分析其与膀胱尿路上皮癌之间的关系。结果膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中Galectin-3和MMP-2的阳性表达率和微血管密度(MVD)明显高于正常膀胱组织(P<0.05),Galectin-3与MMP-2表达呈正相关(P<0.05);Galectin-3和MMP-2在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌病理学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移及复发有关(P<0.05);而与患者性别、年龄和肿瘤直径无关。结论 Galectin-3和MMP-2的异常表达可能在膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生发展中起一定作用。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Galectin-3 and matrix metal proteinase （MMP-2） in bladder urothelial carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Galectin-3 and MMP-2 were detected in 67 bladder urothelial carcinoma samples and 12 normal bladder tissues by immunohistochemical SP method, and tile tumor blood essels were counted by immunohistoehemistry. Combined with clinical pathological data, the relation- ship of the above indiee and bladder urothelial carcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Galectin-3 and MMP-2 and microvessel density （MVD） were obviously higher in bladder urothelial carcinoma sam- ples than normal bladder tissues （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the expression of Galectin-3 was correlated positively with MMP- 2 （P 〈 0. 05）. The expressions of Galectin-3 and MMP-2 were correlated with pathological classification, clinical stages, lymph node metastasis and recurrence of bladder urothelial carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but independent of sex, age and tumor diameter （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The overexpressions of Galectin-3 and MMP-2 may play a role in the development and progression of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
