42例中老年动脉导管未闭患者行导管封堵术的临床分析

摘　　要：收集42例经导管封堵治疗的中老年动脉导管未闭(PDA)患者,1例合并重度肺动脉高压(PAH)患者放弃手术,余41例成功封堵。术后3个月,41例患者心功能改善,肺动脉收缩压(sPAP)[(3.9±0.6)kPa vs(6.4±2.4)kPa]、左房前后径(LAD)[(37.6±4.3)mm vs(44.4±7.8)mm]及左室舒张末径(LVEDD)[(54.2±4.7)mm vs(65.0±11.9)mm]明显下降或减少(P<0.05)。随访中无并发症出现,2例病情恶化,LAD、LVEDD再度增大。经导管封堵中老年PDA安全有效,远期临床疗效不如近期临床疗效。42 elder patients of patent ductus arteriosust （PDA） treated with transcatheter closure were collected. One patients with severe PAH gave up the operation,41 patients had successful occlusion. 3 months after closure, sPAP[ （3. 9 ±0. 6） kPavs （6.4 ±2.4） kPa,P〈0.05],LAD[（37.6±4.3） mmvs （44.4 ±7.8） mm,P〈 0. 05 ] and LVEDD [ （54. 2± 4. 7 ） mm vs （65.0±11.9 ） ram, P 〈 0.05 ] were decreased significantly , and heart function improved significantly in 41 case. During the long-term follow-up,2 patients became deteriorated, LAD and LVEDD increased again. No complication happened during the follow-up. Transcatheter PDA closure in elder pa- tients is safe and effective. But the long-term clinical effectiveness is not as good as the short-term clinical effective- hess.
