直光束绿激光膀胱肿瘤剜除术治疗表浅性膀胱癌的疗效分析

摘　　要：探讨经尿道160W直光束绿激光膀胱肿瘤剜除术治疗表浅性膀胱癌(NMIBT)的疗效及安全性。使用经尿道160W直光束绿激光膀胱肿瘤剜除术治疗46例NMIBT。并统计术中出血量,手术时间,术中术后并发症发生率,平均住院时间及术后肿瘤复发率。所有46例手术均顺利完成,平均术中出血量14.0ml±3.4ml,平均手术时间23.4min±9.7min,术中及术后均未发生严重并发症。平均住院时间5.3d±2.1d,术后随访12个月～24个月,肿瘤复发率为15.2%。经尿道160W直光束绿激光膀胱肿瘤剜除术治疗NMIBT具有操作简便、手术时间短、术中出血量少、手术并发症少及肿瘤复发率不高等优点,可作为一种治疗NMIBT的手术方法。To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 160W straight light beam greenlight enucleation in treating non-muscle invasive bladder tumor （NMIBT）. 46 cases of NMIBT were treated with 160W straight light beam greenlight enucleation. Hemorrhage volume during surgery, operation time, operation complications and recurrence incidence were recorded and analyzed. All operations were successfully completed without severe complications. The average hemorrhage volume during surgery, average operating time and average hospital stay time were 14.0ml±3.4ml, 23.4min±9.7min and 5.3d±2.1d, respectively. 15.2% of recurrence rate was observed after a follow-up of 12 months^24 months.Our results showed that 160W straight light beam greenlight enucleation in treating NMIBT had short operation time, few hemorrhage volume in surgery and low recurrence rate.It provides an operation method for the treatment of NMIBT
