X线引导下置入鼻肠管治疗胃切除术后高位肠梗阻六例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨X线引导下置入鼻肠管对高位肠梗阻的治疗作用。方法临床确诊为胃切除术后高位肠梗阻患者6例，X线下造影进一步明确梗阻部位，并置人鼻肠管于梗阻部位胃肠减压。结果4例成功解除梗阻，恢复饮食；2例梗阻症状缓解，为进一步手术治疗创造条件。结论X线下置入鼻肠管减压治疗胃切除术后高位肠梗阻效果明显，并有一管两用（先胃肠减压，后肠内营养）的优势。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic influences of high intestinal obstruction with the placement of nasointestinal tube under X-ray. Methods Six cases diagnosed with high intestinal obstruction who after gasterctomy were received gastrointestinal angiography to clear the obstruction position,and then palced the nasointestinal tube for gastrointestinal decompression. Results Four eases were removed intestinal obstruction successfully; 2 cases relieved the symptoms of intestinal obstruction, created conditions for further surgery. Conclusion Patients with high intestinal obstruction after gastrectomy couble be effectively treated by gastrointestinal angiography with the placement of nasointestinal tube under X-ray; especially it has the advantage of providing enteral nutrition after gastrointestinal decompression.
