摘  要:目的探索医院护士岗位管理的设计方法。方法基于系统化管理的原理,结合医院护理人力资源现状,采取岗位梳理、岗位设置、岗位分析、岗位测算、岗位培养、岗位评价和岗位晋升等措施。结果形成较为科学、可操作性的护理人力资源管理链,使护士岗位管理更加规范。结论岗位管理为护士设计了较为清晰的职业生涯发展规划,为完善科学的激励机制奠定了基础。Objective To explore the design methods of hospital nursing post management. Methods Based on the principle of system management,combining with the current status of nursing human resources in hospital, measures such as post arrangement, post setting, post analyzing, post calculation, post training, post evaluation and promotion were carried out. Results A scientific and operable managerial chain of nursing human resources was formed, and made the nursing post management more standard. Conclusion Nursing post management provides a clear career development planning for the nurses and also lays a foundation for the scientific incentive mechanism.
