摘 要:目的构建护理学基础实践教学模块,为护理学基础实践教学提供指导框架。方法运用质性研究方法中KJ法对81项技术进行整合,在此基础上形成模块初稿和咨询稿,采用专家会议法、专家函询法对咨询稿进行各级指标的论证、修订与筛选。结果专家个人权威系数在0.75~0.95之间,群体权威系数为0.81;各级指标的准确性赋值均数为4.73~5.00,变异系数为0.00~0.17,均符合筛选标准;实践教学模块由"基本原则与方法""满足基本需要的护理技术""满足特殊需要的护理技术"3个一级模块、11个子模块,28个单元,81个项目组成。结论实践教学模块编制过程科学、合理,形成的模块终稿内部指标体系可靠,可以指导、组织护理学基础实践教学。Objective To construct teaching framework of basic nursing skills,in order to provide a scientific guideline in the course of fundamentals of nursing practice teaching. Methods The Kawakita Jiro (KJ) Method was used to build the module and consultation of draft based on 81 skills,and the Consensus Development Meeting and Delphi technique were used in items demostrating modifying and selecting. Results The participants recruited in the Meeting and Delphi method had come to a good agreement toward structures of the framework. Experts'authority coefficient was ranged from 0.75 to 0.95, group authority coefficient was 0.81, accuracy value of every level~ index was ranged from 4.73 to 5.00, coefficient of variation was ranged from 0.00 to 0.17. The framework was categorized to 3 models, 11 sub - models ,28 units and 81 skills. Three models were "basic principles and skills"," nursing skills for basic needs" and "nursing skills for special needs" . Conclusions The framework is a good guideline for basic nursing skills education, which has been through a scientific, rigorous structuring process in demonstrating and analyzing.
