摘  要:目的观察饮用滁菊对高脂饮食诱导的高血糖症的影响。方法采用高脂饲料饲喂小鼠8周后诱导高血糖症动物模型。同时,给予0.2 mg/ml,0.4 mg/ml浓度的滁菊水提液干预,分光光度计法检测干预后对高脂饮食诱导的高血糖的影响。结果与对照相比,高脂饮食组小鼠的血糖浓度显著升高;而滁菊水提液干预呈浓度依赖性地抑制高脂饮食诱导的高血糖效应。结论饮用滁菊可有效预防高脂饮食诱导的高血糖症。Objective To observe the effects of aqueous extract from chrysanthemum morifolium of ChuJu on hyperglycemia induced by high-fat diet. Methods Using high - fat feed to establish animal model of hyperglycemia in mice for 8 weeks. Then to determine changes of serum glucose levels in mice co-treated by high- fat diet and different concentrations of aqueous extract from Chuju (0. 2 mg/ml, 0. 4 mg/ml ) using spectrophotometric method. Results Compared to control group, serum glucose levels were significantly increased in group fed with high-fat diet, While Chuju aqueous extract concentration-dependently inhibited serum high glucose levels caused by high-fat feed. Conclusions Intake of Chuju aqueous extract can effectively prevent high-diet induced hyperglycemia.
