基于MCGS的集智达数据采集模块在过程控制中的应用研究

摘　　要：用集智达公司数据采集模块和MCGS组态软件,以高级过程控制装置液位-流量前馈反馈控制为例,探讨了集智达公司的R-8017DAQ和R-8014DAQ数据采集模块在过程控制中的应用。结果表明,集智达数据采集模块和MCGS结合可以实现过程控制,且有设计简单、灵活性搞、使用方便可靠、投资少等优点。In this paper,using data acquisition module of JIZHIDA company and MCGS software,take level-flow Feedforward feedback control of advanced process control device for example,discusses R-8017 DAQ and R-8014 DAQ data acquisition module of JIZHIDA company in the application of process control.The results show that,the combination of data acquisition module of JIZHIDA company and MCGS can realize process control,and it has the advantages of simple,high flexibility,easy to use and reliable,les＇s investment etc.
