摘　　要：供应链中的知识转移是供应链中知识管理的核心内容,本文基于SECI模型理论,构建了供应链知识转移模型,通过对该模型的分析,从知识承载主体与核心主体态度这两个维度出发,提出面向供应链的知识转移策略。Knowledge transfer in supply chain is the core concepts of knowledge management. Based on SECI model,this paper build knowledge transfer model in supply chain which are analyzed so that supply chainoriented knowledge transfer countermeasures are put forward from this two dimensions that are the mainknowledge bearer and the attitudes of core subjects.
