摘 要:目的考察教学动机、教学效能感、工作满意度、自我指导学习准备度等4项个人心理因素对中学体育教师教学知识的影响,为体育教师教育机构和有关部门决策提供参考。方法在文献研究和访谈调查的基础上,采用量表法调查全国1 000名中学体育教师,应用相关分析和结构方程模型对数据进行处理和分析。结果 4项个人心理因素与中学体育教师教学知识的5个维度均存在着显著的正相关关系。结论 4项个人心理因素对中学体育教师的教学知识不仅有直接影响,有些还有间接影响,总影响强度从大到小依次为教学动机、自我指导学习准备度、教学效能感和工作满意感。Objective The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of four personal psychological factors (they are teaching motivation, teaching efficiency, teaching satisfaction and self-directed-learning readiness) on the pedagogical knowledge of middle school physical education teachers and provide valuable references for teacher education institutions. Methods Based on documents study and interviews investigation, 1000 middle school physical education teachers were investigated by using questionnaires; Correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. Results Four personal psychological factors showed significantly positive correlation with the pedagogical knowledge of mid- dle school physical education teachers. Conclusions The four factors have direct effects, and some of four also have indirect effects. Respectively, they are teaching motivation, self-directed-learning readiness, teaching efficiency and teaching satisfaction.
