摘　　要：通过对医科院校思想政治理论课教学的主要影响因素的调查,分析制约思想政治理论课有效性的显性与隐性因素,寻找适合于医科院校思想政治理论课教学实际的资源整合途径。Through the investigation of major influence factors of ideological and political theory courses teaching in medical colleges, the article analyzed the explicit and implicit factors of regulating the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses, and tried to find the method to integrating quality curriculum resources to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in medical colleges.
