摘　　要：目的 :探讨食管鳞癌组织中新肿瘤抑制基因maspin的变化。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC方法测定食管癌高发区食管癌组织中肿瘤抑制基因maspin蛋白的表达状况。结果 :食管癌组织中maspin免疫阳性表达率为 10 % ( 3/ 30 ) ,免疫阳性反应主要位于癌组织的细胞浆中。结论Objective:To investigate the changes of tumor suppressor gene maspin in esophageal squmous carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry method(ABC) was used to determine the immunoreactivity of maspin in 30 patients with esophageal cancer in a high incidence area for esophageal cancer.Results:The positive immunostaining rate of maspin protein was 10% (3/30) in esophageal cancer,and the immunoreactivity of maspin protein was chiefly located in the cytoplasm of tumor cell.Conclusions:The present results indicated that tumor suppressor gene maspin might play a role in esophageal carcinogenesis.This concept need to be confirmed by further studies.
