摘  要:目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定6种市售酒中糠醛的含量。方法:利用紫外分光光度法对6种市售酒中的糠醛含量进行测定。结果:糠醛在10.01~50.05 mg/L浓度范围内线性良好,r=0.988 3,平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为2.89%(n=6),6种市售酒中糠醛的平均含量为24.09~49.75 mg/L。结论:紫外分光光度法简便准确,可靠,重现性好,专属性强,可用于市售酒中糠醛的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for content determination of furfural in wine with ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used to test furfural content in 6 kinds of wine. Results: Furfural content presented a good linear relationship in the range of 10.01 -50.05 mg/L,r =0.988 3. The average recovery was 101.8%, RSD was 2.89% (n =6). The average contents of furfural in these six kinds of wine were 24.09 - 49.75 mg/L. Conclusions: The method is simple, reliable with good reproducibility and strong specificity for determining the content of furfural in wine.
