细胞色素C在原发性干燥综合征患者唇腺组织中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的检测原发性干燥综合征患者唇腺组织中细胞色素C(CytC)的表达水平,探讨CytC在原发性干燥综合征发病中的作用。方法分别采用免疫组化和逆转录-聚合酶链式方法对40例原发性干燥综合征患者和22例非干燥综合征患者的唇腺组织中CytC蛋白和mRNA进行检测,比较分析其在2组之间的差异。使用SPSS14.0软件对数据进行t检验。结果原发性干燥综合征患者组织中CytC蛋白和mRNA的表达高于非干燥综合征患者,2组之间具有显著性差异。结论 CytC在原发性干燥综合征患者唇腺组织中存在表达异常。Objective To investigate the expression of CytC in the labial glands of patients with primary Sjogren＇s syndrome （pSS） and explore the effects of CytC on pSS. Methods Immunohistochemistry and RTPCR were used separately to examine CytC protein and mRNA in labial glands in 40 patients with pSS and 22 patients with non pSS and to make an analysis of their differences. SPSS 12.0 software package was used for t test. Results The expression levels of CytC protein and CytC mRNA in patients with pSS were obviously higher than those in patients with nonpSS. （P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference between the two group. Conclusions The study reveals that the CytC expresses abnormally in the labial glands of patients with pSS.
