摘　　要：没有知识,无法创新;有了知识,不是一定能创新,只有知识与创新协同运作,有效利用,才能促进创新,提升创新能力。本文通过对技术创新与知识管理耦合的机理、机制、功能和特点的论述,阐明了技术创新与知识管理是多层次系统化的协同运作,是原因与结果、目的与手段的辩证统一。Without knowledge, there can be no innovation; however, knowledge does not necessarily lead to innovation. Only through the cooperation of knowledge and innovation can innovation be promoted. This thesis discusses the mechanism, functions and charateristics of technological innovation and knowledge management coupling, and therefore illustrates that the relationship between technological innovation and knowledge management is a multi --level systematic cooperation and also one of cause and effect, end and means.
