摘　　要：酒精性肝炎是酒精性肝病比较严重的表现形式之一,死亡率高、预后较差。本文根据国情实际和临床可操作性,结合2012年欧洲肝病学会酒精性肝病专题研究的主要目标,对酒精性肝炎的治疗和预防措施进行简要介绍。Alcoholic hepatitis is a serious form of alcoholic liver disease （ALD） with a high rate of mortality and poor prognosis. The aim is to introduce treatment strategies and prognostic measures of alcoholic hepatitis based on the issues raised during the EASL monothematic conference on ALD and clinical practice in our country.
