外生性肝癌2例报道

摘　　要：报道2例外生性肝癌的临床资料,结合文献进行归纳分析。1例肾上腺区占位行切除术后,病理提示为肝细胞癌。另1例胃占位切除术后提示肝癌。对于有肝脏病史的肾上腺区占位患者需考虑外生性肝癌可能。The clinical data of 2 cases of pedunculated hepatocellular carcinoma were reported and relative literature were reviewed. After adrenal occupying lesions removal, the pathologic test showed hepatocellular carcinoma. Another case of hepatocellular carcinoma was proved by pathology after operation of the neoplasm of stomach. The pedunculated hcpatocellular carcinoma should be taken into consideration in a patient presented adrenal occupying lesions with history of liver disease.
