摘 要:全球经济正从产品经济向服务经济过渡,传统的制造价值链不断扩展和延长,工业产品附加值构成中纯粹制造环节所占比重越来越低,研发设计、物流配送、产品营销、电子商务、战略咨询等专业化服务所占比重越来越高,这些已成为提高企业竞争力和保持可持续发展的重要力量。服务化是当今世界制造业发展趋势之一。服务型制造是制造与服务相融合的新的先进制造模式。。本文主要概述了服务型制造的概念、特征、意义,分析了其模式构建、发展思路与对策,并提出了服务型制造是当今中国家具产业转型升级的有效途径和新的模式。Global economy is transiting from a production economy to a service economy. The traditional manufacturing value chain is expanding and extending. The pure manufacturing segment takes up a smaller proportion in the added-value of industrial product, the R&D, logistics and distribution, marketing, e-commerce, strategic consulting and other professional services are in contrast to represent an increasing proportion. These professional services have become an important force in enhancing enterprise competitiveness and maintaining sustainable development. As one of the manufacturing industry development trends in the world today, service manufacturing is a new and advanced manufacturing model integrated manufacturing with service. This paper summarized the concept, feature and significance of service manufacturing, and then analyzed the model construction, development consideration and countermeasure of service manufacturing. At last this paper put forward a viewpoint that service manufacturing is the effective approach and new model of transformation and upgrading for Chinese furniture industry.
