摘　　要：精益思想的核心就是发现浪费,消灭浪费。浪费就是在家具生产的整个活动中不创造任何价值的活动,或者尽管是增加价值的活动,所用的资源超过了"绝对最少"的界限,也是浪费本文对家具企业存在的主要八大浪费的内容、危害和消除的方法进行了阐述,希望能引起家具企业的重视。The core of lean thinking is the discovery of waste and the elimination of waste. The waste is the activities that don＇ t create any value in the whole furniture production activities, or even though there is activity with value added, but the resources used are more than the ＂absolute minimum＂ limit, it is also a kind of the waste. In this paper, the content, harm and elimination method of the main eight types of waste existed in furniture enterprises is discussed, the author hopes it will be able to cause the attention of the furniture enterprise, and find the best way to create lean enterprise.
