摘  要:随着移动互联网时代的到来,传统电信语音业务面临着前所未有的压力,如何保持传统语音业务的市场占有率成为运营商需要思考的问题。通过比较和分析传统语音业务和新兴移动互联网业务的不同特征,提出按照移动互联网特性提升传统业务可用性的思路,对"智能终端个性化情景业务"的需求、业务特点、技术实现进行分析和研究,为传统业务焕发新生提供了较好的参考。With the arrival of mobile internet age, traditional voice business faces an unprecedented pressure. How to keep the market occupation rate of traditional voice business becomes a focal problem of the operator. Through comparison and analysis on the different features of traditional voice business and emerging mobile Internet business. An ideal to promote traditional service availability according to the characteristics of mobile Internet is proposed. And the demand, business characteristics, and technical implementations of intelligent terminal personalized scene business are also analyzed and studied, thus to provide a good reference for revitalization of traditional business.
