摘　　要：目的 :探讨CT对鼻腔及副鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法 :回顾性分析 2 3例经病理证实的鼻腔及副鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的CT征象 ,术后 13例行CT随访。结果 :肿瘤呈不规则软组织肿块 ,以中鼻道为中心 ,同时侵犯同侧鼻腔及副鼻窦 2 1例 ,单纯累及上颌窦 2例 ;所致骨质改变以骨质破坏多见。术后肿瘤复发率高 ( 85 % ) ,3例恶性变。结论 :CT能较好地显示鼻腔及副鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的病变部位、范围及术后有无肿瘤复发 ,有利于临床治疗方案的选择。Purpose: To evaluate the value of CT in diagnosis of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Materials and Methods: CT information in 23 patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. After operation, CT scans were done in 13 cases. Results: On CT scan, the tumor usually showed a irregular soft tissue mass around the middle meatus, 21 cases were involved the iplateral nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in the meantime, 2 cases were only involved the maxillary sinuses. The most common bony changes were bony destruction. 85% patients had postoperative recurrent tumor, and 3 cases became malignant tumors. Conclusion: CT examination makes it possible to determine the location, extent and postoperative recurrence of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, and it is useful in clinical therapy of the tumor.
