鸡源双歧杆菌微囊化及存活率的研究

摘　　要：对健康成年鸡肠道双歧杆菌进行微囊化研究。结果显示 ,微囊化的双歧杆菌在干燥过程中死亡率明显下降 ,B960 1和B960 2 菌分别下降 3 5 3 %和 3 1 3 %,保存期加速试验在 3 7℃贮存 3个月 ,CP960 1和CP960 4 活菌数分别达 1 4× 10 10 和1 7× 10 10 。The result of the study on microencapsulation of Bifidobacteria separated from intestines of healthy adult chickens showed that the mortality of the microencapsulated Bifidobacteria declined remarkably in the process of the drying.The mortalities of B 9601 and B 9602 declined 35.3% and 31.3%,respectively.The survival numbers of CP 9601 and CP 9604 which preserved 3 months at the temperature of 37℃ by the accelerating test were 1.4×10 10 and 1.7×10 10 ,respectively.The survival rate of the microencapsulated Bifidobacteria was considerably highcr than that of the control which was not microencapsulated.
