中药配合高压氧治疗围绝经期偏头痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟更健汤配合高压氧治疗围绝经期偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 61例围绝经期偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组(n=41)给予自拟更健汤和高压氧治疗,中药组(n=20)给予自拟更健汤治疗;疗程3个月。观察2组治疗前后头痛积分、Kupperrnan评分的变化。结果治疗组疗效优于中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟更健汤配合高压氧治疗围绝经期偏头痛效果较好。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Gengjian decoction together with hyperbaric oxygen on migraine in perimenopausal women. Methods Sixty-one perimenopausal migraineur were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 41 ） and Chinese herbs group （ n = 20 ）. Patients in treatment group were given Genjian decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, those in chinese herbs group were given Genjian decoction. The patients were followed up for 3 months, the changes of headache score and Kupperman score before and after treatment were observed. Results The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in Chinese herbs group. Conclusion Gengjian decoction together with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can treat migraine in perimenopausal women with good curative effects.
