保健型松针花粉饮料的研制

摘　　要：通过比较实验对松针、花粉的提取工艺和以两者提取液为原料的保健型饮料配方进行了研究，得出各自的最佳提取方法：松针 (200 g)用饮料用水 (200 mL)浸泡12 h后进行渗滤 (流速2.0 mL/min)，取前4 h渗滤液。花粉 (200 g)经黑曲霉保温培养48 h，加水 (500 mL)搅拌取滤液，最佳配方为 (以提取液汁)：花粉2.0 %、松针7.77 %、优质白糖6.1 %、葡萄糖浆1.7 %。The technology of immersing extraction and formulation of composing pine needle and pollen by comparative experiment was studied. The optimal extracting conditions are determined. Pine needle (200 g) steep in water (200 mL) for 12 hours, strain out juice for 4 hour. Pollen (200 g) is formented by mould for 48 hours, add water (500 mL) stir and strain out juice. The optimum composed drink was: pine needle juice 2.0 %, pollen juice 7.77 %, suger 6.1 %, sirup 1.7 %.
