摘　　要：本文介绍了北京市大学英语研究会研发的"五所高校大学英语教师培训项目",主要内容有:(1)培训宗旨及大师复盘理论;(2)课程设置;(3)课堂互动的多模态文本分析;(4)多模态文本样例;(5)项目恒久网站与网络资源;(6)项目与课堂管理。这种校际联盟式的在职教师发展新项目的创新点是依据大师复盘培训理论,集一线教师与研究者共同发展结合、教学实际问题与科研方法结合、网络培训与课堂面授结合为一体,探索实践大学英语教师发展的新途径。This paper presents a College English teacher development initiative jointly undertaken by five universities in Beijing area with extra support from Beijing College English Research Association. The initiative is intended to provide College English teachers with in-service training, hoping to enhance their research and publication capabilities. Details include （1） objectives and theoretical basis, （2） the syllabus, （3） multimodal text analysis as research methodology, （4） sample MTA, （5） permanent website for the initiative, and （6） classroom and project management. The initiative is distinctive for （1） the online and offline integration and （2） the adoption of Gu＇s chess master model of teacher/researcher development.
