摘　　要：目的 :研究食物对双氯芬酸钠肠溶微粒胶囊在人体内的药物动力学的影响。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定双氯芬酸钠血药浓度 ,比较双氯芬酸钠肠溶微粒胶囊餐前、餐后两次药物动力学实验研究数据。结果 :餐前、餐后服用双氯芬酸钠肠溶微粒胶囊可以延长药物Tmax,减小Cmax和AUC0 -∞ ,并能影响药物的生物利用度 ,增大个体差异。结论 :食物可以改变双氯芬酸钠肠溶微粒胶囊在人体内的药物动力学特性 ,在确定给药方案时 ,应充分考虑食物的影响。Objectives:To study food influence on the pharmacokinetics of diclofenac entric-microcapsulated capsule.Methods:The blood concentration of dicolfenac was determined by HPLC.Results:The pharmacokinetic parameters and bioavailability of the agent were affected by food.T max and bioavailability were increased while C max and AUC 0-∞ were decrased as the agent was taken post-meal.Conclusions:The pharmacokinetic characteristics of diclofenac entric-microcapsulated capsule are affected by food.So this factor should be considered when the regimen of the agent is decided.
